NETIQUETTE:

Effective communication is necessary in most every encounter and the online learning environment is no different. Just as proper behavior is expected in a face to face classroom, proper behavior defined as “netiquette” is required in the online environment. Whether this is your first online course or your last in the program, it is important to review netiquette guidelines frequently to make sure that your communication is both effective and professional.  Please review the “Core Rules of Netiquette” written by Virginia Shea athttp://www.albion.com/netiquette/corerules.html (Links to an external site.) with the understanding that students will be held accountable for the consistent use of netiquette in the online environment.
